Choose from the following dates: June 25 or 26, July 23 or 24, or August 6 or 7. After arriving at Franz Witte Nursery, guests watch as a chef seasons a full menu of grill fare with fresh-picked herbs including rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Plates fill with skewers of chicken, grilled-tomato caprese salad, steak with blue-cheese butter, and a medley of balsamic-grilled seasonal vegetables, before feasts finish with a grilled-peach-and-ice-cream dessert. Participants can opt to pair frozen wine and bottled water (not included in this Groupon) with their tastes of each dish, and will also bring home a set of recipes. Arrive before classes start at 6 p.m. to tour the nursery's carefully landscaped grounds.
