A mysterious suitcase from Auschwitz arrives at the Holocaust Education Centre in Tokyo. Given only the name Hana Brady, the date 1931 and the German word for orphan, curator Fumioka Ishioka is encouraged by the Centre's students to embark on a worldwide search through Tokyo, Prague and Toronto to uncover the story behind the suitcase and Hana's fate. Premiering at Seattle's Charlotte Martin Theatre, Hana's Suitcase is an inspiring and educational tale that reveals tolerance and hope during a dark chapter in history.
