Q:

The company's Web site doesn't mention Botox or Dysport. Is this a relatively new service? For how long has it been offered? Does Dr. Bullis administer it, rather than one of the aestheticians? Also, wouldn't it be wise to respond to the negative reviews (only a few, but they have weight) on Yelp? When an owner responds with their point of view, it diminishes the effect of the negative comments, and Yelp does allow that.

Joyce Q.  asked on  Dec 22, 2012

A:

Hi Joyce, Hi Joyce, Thank you for your question. Our web site has not been updated recently and so it does not have many of our new services listed. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We will have to make that one of our New Year's priorities. Dysport is a new service and Botox has been offered since Dr. Bullis came on board as our medical director. Dr. Bullis or his trained nurse/aesthetician administer the service, depending upon the day of the week you schedule your appointment for. Our company has also under gone some major restructuring in the past couple of months as we are grow and come to understand the wants and needs of our clientel. Happy Holidays.

Q:

Does the consultation generate an extra charge? If it is determined that more than 20 units of Botox is appropriate, what is the additional per-unit charge? Thanks.

Joyce Q.  asked on  Dec 21, 2012

A:

Hi Joyce, We are excited you are interested in our groupon offer. No there is not extra charge for the constultation it is included in the price. If it is determined that you need more than the 20 units of Botox each additional unit of Botox will be offered at $14.50 per unit to the groupon purchasers. If you are looking at the Dysport it would be at $13.50 per unit. We look forward to seeing you at Seattle Executive Spa. Melva
