Such an Amazing class. Had a lot of question going in and all of them were answered in a way that even I could understand. Wayne is the Man and definitely knows his way around Kombucha and is glad to share in his knowledge. Got to try all of the Kombucha that I was always scared to try in stores for the fear I wouldn’t like and was happy to learn I like about all of them. Cheers to Wayne!

Wonderful instruction! I like the health benefits of Kombucha but I have to say the best tasting Kombucha is made right here at The Seattle Kombucha Company. I gave some to my daughter who did not like any she has tried and she loves this. This is a must class if you want to have a healthy body.

Wayne is very passionate about the art of Kombucha making and is very knowledgeable. He was very generous with the helpings for Kombucha tastings 😉, so that was great too. We all went back with a good quantity of scoby and starter liquid too. I strongly recommend this class.
