Q:

Do you use the Alma machine that is painless? If not, which machine do you use for the laser? Thanks

Linda R.  asked on  Jan 13, 2013

A:

Thank you for the question, Linda! Here is your answer directly from the merchant: At Sedo Laser, we use the GentleLase laser for light colored skin. The Candela GentleLase is the most effective laser with minimal discomfort. For darker skin tones, we use the Cutera, Xeo, 1064nm Yag laser. The Yag laser is the safest laser for dark skin tones.

Q:

The fine print states: "Must use promotional value in 1 visit." are we expected to have all six sessions in one visit? Will the other five sessions have the non-groupon rate? Thanks.

Mary Ann V.  asked on  Jan 12, 2013

A:

After completing your first laser hair removal session, your Groupon is considered 'used'. At that point you will have 5 remaining prepaid session with us. Therefore you do get 6 different laser hair removal treatments that are completed over many months time with your Groupon.

Q:

Thanks, Misti... a follow-on question, given the recommended 8-week interval rest period for back work... do all six treatments need to be used by the 7/10/13 expiration date or do I just need to be "in-process" of completion by 7/10/13? Thanks again...

Mark B.  asked on  Jan 12, 2013

A:

We just ask that you start your treatments by the expiration date of the Groupon. Once you start your treatments the sessions do not expire.

Q:

Hi... Is there a minimum time interval I need to wait between treatments? Thanks very much...

Mark B.  asked on  Jan 10, 2013

A:

Yes there is a recommended spacing between treatments. For the back and chest we recommend you wait approx 8 weeks between treatments. For all other areas we recommend 4-6 weeks.
