Sedusa's studios are expansive dance spaces with twelve 20-foot poles and experienced, enthusiastic instructors. Because classes are women-only, the environment is comfortable enough to explore the realms of physical expression and hear the voice of inner-sexy. A 60-minute muscle-toning sensual dance and pole-dancing class goes over basic moves and positions, and a fast-paced, high-aerobic energy introductory Pussycat workout dance class teaches moves for nightclub dance floors and frolicsome office parties. Both classes not only teach sensual moves, but also help shed calories and uncover muscles.
Intro to sensual dance and pole-dancing classes get going every Friday at 6 p.m. and every other Saturday at noon, and the Pussycat workout takes place on the off Saturdays for an hour starting at noon. Step lively in a 60-minute muscle-toning Introductory Sensual Dance and Pole Dance class, which demonstrates basic moves, positions, and firefighter lingo to spark dancer/pole camaraderie. The Video Vixen Dance Workout class helps students build strength by teaching choreography inspired by the moves in current music videos. Booty-pop like the stars during the one-hour class while whittling thighs, abs, and glutes down into a seductively statuesque form. The Pussycat Dance class aims to shape up clients with previous pole experience, as they tone and learn new moves. The high-energy Club It Dancing class teaches a combination of Latin, disco, and hip-hop styles.
All the classes, guided by experienced female teachers. combine fitness and flirty dancing in a comfortable, nonjudgmental atmosphere, lending ladies the knowledge and know-how to tempt a partner, enjoy a night at the club, or spice up an upcoming PowerPoint presentation.
