A:

As stated in the fine print, this Groupon is valid toward complete pairs (frame/Rx lenses) only.

Q:

what do you mean by "Appointment for eye exam option required"? do I need to take and pay it, in addition to the $ 39, or, if I already know what kind of lenses I need, I can simply got my specs for that price? thanks in advance

Leonardo P.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

Hi Leonardo, If you buy the Groupon with the exam included, you must call the store to make an appointment, we don't accept walk-ins for this deal. If you already have a valid prescription (most are valid for one year) you can purchase the $39 option and just get glasses. Thanks!

Q:

If there is a balance that the Groupon does not cover ($59 Groupon), does SEE take my insurance? Guardian perferred vision insurance? Also, is anti-glare, polorize and/or anti-scratch extra or covered by this?

Samantha B.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

Hi Samantha, You can't use insurance in conjunction with this Groupon. Anti-glare, polarization and all other coatings or add on's are eligible with this groupon but they are additional charges so you would be responsible for the balance after the groupon is applied. Thanks!

Meredith N.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

Can this be used for bifocal lenses?

Ann Marie B.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

Q:

Hello I'm not clear on if this requires an eye exam bc I have a NEW prescription and don't need one? thank you Sharon

sharon P.  asked on  Feb 18, 2013

A:

Hi Sharon! If your prescription is new (within the past year) you're good to go! You do NOT need an eye exam, you can just go ahead and get your new glasses! Thanks!

susan r.  from  Self  replied on  Feb 18, 2013

Q:

Are bifocals available using this groupon? If so, what is the add on cosr?

Ann Marie B.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Hi Ann Marie! Bifocals are included but they are an additional cost so you'll be responsible for any balance that remains. Please call the store directly for pricing specific to your needs. Thanks!

Q:

Does this deal include no-line bifocals too? Is there an additional fee for the eye exam?

Sharon H.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Hi Sharon! The deal does include bifocals, however they are an additional charge so you would be responsible for any remaining balance after the groupon is applied. The eye exam is included IF and only if you purchase the exam option. Thanks!

Q:

With the $39 deal how would you charge if I wanted a progressive or transition lense in the frames?

susan P.  asked on  Feb 17, 2013

A:

Hi Susan! Progressives and transitions are an additional charge, so the $200 would be applied to your total and you would be responsible for any remaining balance. Thanks!
