  • Limit 1 per visit. Reservation required 1 week in advance. 48hr cancellation notice required. Must sign waiver. Must be 14 or older. 100lb weight min; 275lb weight max. Should be able to climb stairs without assistance and stand for at least 1 hour.

I purchased but have never used a Groupon before. Do I print & bring the receipt with me when ready to use the Groupon? Anything else needed?

Q:

I have family visiting in from Illinois in July. They have three kids but one is not 14 and my grandson is 13 in November. I think they are all over 100 lb. Can I still buy coupons for everyone to do the tours.

Joy, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately our minimum age set at 14 has to be strict due to insurance rules. So you can use them as soon as he turns 14. Thanks and have a great day!
