Q:

Hiw many can go on a tour at the same time?

Robert H.  asked on  Aug 3, 2012

A:

Up to 13 can go on a tour at once. However, that does fluctuate depending on the specific tour. Let's say you wanted to book a tour on a Saturday morning, and 5 people were already booked, then 8 spaces would be availlable. So if you are looking to book a larger tour of 10-13 guests, the best thing to do is to book several weeks in advance to ensure we have all the Segways open. In San Antonio, we do offer 6 tours daily, and this Groupon is valid for all 6 tours, so there are plently of options to book and we never have black-out dates.

Q:

Your website says there is a 100 lb minimum weight requirement. I weigh right around 100 lbs. Will I have trouble with the Segway?

Lisa  asked on  Aug 2, 2012

A:

If you weigh right around 100 pounds, you will be fine. We have a group demo class before the tour, and then work with each person individually to teach you how to use the Segway. If you feel comfortable, we will send you out on the tour. Most people learn to ride within only a few minutes. Please call us at 210-441-1198 or www.SegwayNationInc.com if we can help you further. Thanks

Q:

Could I buy two for myself and two for my daughter and her hubby?

Shawna M.  asked on  Aug 2, 2012

A:

You sure can. You can use them any way that you would like. All four at once, or just one at a time. Thanks for your question!

Q:

Limit 1 per visit? If I buy two 2 of these Groupon's (one for me and one for my wife), will I only be able to make a reservation for one? Thank you

Robert D.  asked on  Aug 2, 2012

A:

Hi Robert! You would both be able to use the your Groupons at the same time. This is a limit one per visit, per person.
