There's so much on Seiko's menu that it's hard to pick just one thing to order. But with its intricate creations, the special maki section is a good place to start. The fire cracker gets its name from spicy tuna and a cap of torched salmon, whereas the tuna hako sweetens palates with eel, avocado, and plum sauce. There's more traditional maki, too—including a Philly roll, of course—as well as meatless vegetarian maki and a la carte pieces of sashimi. In addition to sushi, guests can order from a pan-Asian mix of bulgogi, teriyaki entrees, and bibimbap.
