What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
All care for Senior Helpers’ clients is overseen by a gerontologist and registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, in addition to our staff of over 100 trained and bonded caregivers. Our mission is provide a top-quality service to the seniors in our community without any hourly minimums.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At the management level, each and every one of us has had a personal experience with caring for a loved one. This background gives us a passion to create an organization that is dedicated to the aging population and keeping them independent and their quality of life intact.
What do you love most about your job?
As the gerontologist for Senior Helpers, I love getting to know our clients and their families, creating care plans that provide needed support so everyone involved has a positive experience, and continually seeing the impact we have made in the community.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback that we have received is always when a client says that we have become an extension of their family, providing comfort and support when it really counts.
