What was the inspiration to start or run this business? To create 2 complementary workouts- Sweat and Stretch- that are designed to balance and transform the body. Most workouts are either too stressful or too boring for the body and mind. Our mission is to create fitness in the flow. We want our participants to love their workout so that results come faster and become permanent.
What do you love most about your job? Transforming people's lives through fitness. Fitness should not only transform our bodies, but inspire us with long lasting energy. We believe exercise should not be something you have to do, but rather something you want to do to live with energy and fully alive.
