- For $10, you get two regular admission tickets for one day (up to a $20 value).
- For $45, you get two VIP passes for one day (a $90 value).
The festival takes place Saturday, May 14 from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday, May 15 from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. at Dobson Field.
The Sequoia Foodie Fest tickles the senses with a smattering of delicious foods and delightful tunes, all in the open early summer air of Dobson Field. Headlining the event is the 2010 champion of the Food Network’s series, The Next Food Network Star, Aarti Sequeira. She takes leave from her new cooking series Aarti Party and travels to the festival to entertain alongside local chefs and cooking demonstrations. View the economy and harmony of practiced chefs during an _Iron Chef_–style competition, when mysteriously pleasing culinary creators employ their prized ingredient je ne sais quoi. Kids can marvel at a host of pintsize particulars such as a magic show Kidchen, and other activities. A passel of bands provides music to aid rhythmic dicing, nonsense Scandinavian singing, and slam-dunking samples into waiting mouths.
Regular admission gains access to all events for one day, while a one-day VIP pass allows visitors to sample local beer, wine, and spirits, as well as lounge in the VIP tent and mingle with culinary celebrities such as Aarti Sequeira herself.
