As long as your massage appointment is "scheduled" prior to the expiration date and that date is not canceled and pushed out beyond the expiration date, it's okay with me if the actual massage takes place after the expiration date. For instance, if your Groupon expires on November 7, 2012, and you scheduled an appt. on November 7, 2012 for a massage to be completed on November 16, 2012, I'm fine with that. However, I do ask that you please keep your appointment for November 16 and don't attempt to reschedule beyond that date.
At that point, the new appt. would NOT have been schedule prior to the expiration date of November 7, and the promotional value will have expired. I want you to get the full value of your deal, so please try to schedule, and ideally USE your Groupon before the expiration date!!
