Classically trained dancer, fitness enthusiast, and Cancer survivor barely scratch the surface when describing Serenite' Fitness owner Karen Boynton. For Karen, fitness and dance have been a lifelong pursuit, and she blends the two at Serenite' Fitness, where she and a team of certified instructors guide students through revolutionary Barre classes. Using a ballet barre, students balance as they perform small, isolated muscle movements while holding challenging postures. They might also take to the ground to perform Pilates-inspired movements, dynamic yoga or stretches, all working to boost metabolism, burn fat, and increase flexibility.
