While the service provided was pleasant. Shanekwah and Alma were very nice and the service was fast. I was disappointed with the overall experience based on what I believe are deceptive pricing models. The Groupon was advertising $30 for 20 units of Dysport or $60 for $375 per Syringe for Dermal Filler Syringes (Restylane only). I purchased the $60 dermal filler thinking that I only had to pay $60 for one syringe of dermal filler. To my surprise, I paid $60 for the opportunity to pay an additional $375 for dermal filler. I guess I'm naive to the botox/filler pricing models. Shanekwah told me that I didn't need dermal filler for my wrinkles, but rather botox would work better for me. She said that she would apply the $60 I paid for the Groupon towards the Dysport (botox). But, even then the pricing model seemed disengenuous. The Groupon for the Dysport was $30 for 20 units of Dysport. I was told that 20 units would pretty much do nothing for me and I would need at least 50 units. So, I was charged an additional $150 (30 units at $5/unit). There are cheaper and more straightforward pricing models out there. I did not feel like I got much of a deal, because in reality, if I paid full price for the Dysport at $5/unit, I would have paid $250. I only saved $40. I'm sure there are plenty of other providers that offer better value than $40 off. Just a quick search shows one provider offering 50 units of Dysport for $142, $70 less than what I paid. I would look elsewhere for better deals.

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed during the appt your skin concern treatment needed Dysport and not filler. You can't just inject filler in the wrong designated place and filler is not designated for wrinkle treatment. Therefore, you was offered the Botox package and was heavily discounted. The price of your treatment in that one area without a discount would have costed $250. I cannot control that you purchased the wrong package. Also on my filler ad $375 is listed as the price. The $60 payment is to lock appointment in would be deducted from your total at the appointment. I normally charge $650 a syringe. On average clinics charge between $600-$900 per syringe. So thinking you would pay $60 for one syringe of Restylane for treatment is far-fetched. I would recommend in the future prior to buying a package to call the clinic and have a virtual consultation as many of my clients do to ensure no confusion on expectation or cost of a cosmetic treatment. Aesthetics in general has a lot to offer and you always want to ensure you are using the proper product and getting the correct treatment type before just making a purchase.
