What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We're always challenging ourselves. And seeing a completed project done well is one of the best feelings in life. And we get to do that every day. There's nothing more personal and gratifying than a customer appreciating the 'Details' of our quality Professionalism, Craftsmanship, and Handy-Work.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I get to create a setting and create a mood for you and your home that you, your family, and friends will be able to enjoy for years. I make it possible for people to enjoy their homes without a nagging issue always on their mind. I take those issues away... And that feels good.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback is a 'Word of Mouth' referral. My customers like the work I do... But when they send me to their friend’s or mother’s house to help them out, that’s when I know that they really appreciate what I’ve done for them.
