What is the status of my Groupon order? It has been more 2 day since my iPhone 15 Pro Max purchase (1/2/24) from your company, and we have not received a tracking number of item being shipped. Your listing stated that the item would be shipped in 24 hours. ~ There reply is a tk# 774603198167, (dated 12/26/23).

I purchased this phone last night and sent email as instructed for an "appointment" to set up shipping. An email was sent at 7:05 pm. and today at 9:53 am and I still have not received a response to set up shipping of the phone. This is a lot of money to send and not receive any communication yet.
