I’ve done this moving thing enough times that I’ve got a solid grasp on the things you don’t realize you need until you need them. Toilet paper? Been there. Shower curtain? Even worse, shower rod? I’ve walked into new apartments ready to shower and crash, only to remember that I don’t own an air mattress and there’s 1) no plug for the bath drain and 2) no shower curtain rod, even if I had a shower curtain, which I didn’t. Nobody’s packing a shower curtain in their carry-on. Shower curtains are so much a part of the scenery that we don’t think about them until they cease to be there. It’s awful. Now add in stressers like cats that need a litter box set up (with, obviously, the litter), food and water dishes (hope you remembered to pack that!), or small children losing their minds because their TV and toys and books are all packed or in storage….eurgh. It’s enough to drive a saint crazy. That’s where I come in. All you do is let me know the dates and time you want your kit dropped off and whatever extra needs you have. I will work up an invoice for the base kit deposit + any extras and send it via Paypal. If, upon pickup, you decide that you can’t part with some or all of the awesome products in the kit, I keep the relevant part of the deposit and refund the rest in accordance with the rental agreement.
