Each 90-minute wellness session begins with a 20-minute seminar held by a holistic nutritionist. Students warm up with 20-minutes of detox-yoga, followed by a half-hour boot camp to elevate heart rate. Classes end with a 20-minute restorative yoga session to help students cool down and relax.

Seva Yoga
