The therapeutic massage was not actually massage but more like focused trigger point therapy. It was a great session for learning about the body and your pain points, if any. Skylar was very knowledgeable and could articulate his thoughts well so you could understand the method he was using.

Skylar is great. I've been having trouble with my hip, and he used a combination of some fairly subtle bodywork and some deeper work, and I'm moving a lot better now. I hadn't gotten bodywork in many years, but I used to get massage pretty frequently and I've had enough to know who's good and who isn't. Most people I've been to, I wouldn't go back to. Skylar is on the short list of people I'd be happy to see over and over again. I feel fortunate to have ended up at Sevati massage.
