What You'll Get

With today's side deal, $10 gets you $25 worth of eclectic fine dining at Seven Gables Restaurant & Bar in Conyers. Seven Gables serves American favorites and Old World classics in a cozy, chalet-style restaurant.

The menu features seafood, pasta, poultry, and steak in palate-pleasing portions. Try a filet mignon and lobster tail duet (market price), chicken Wellington ($16.95), or ravioli crabmeat Riviera ($14.95). Seven Gables' rack of lamb Romarin (market price) is roasted with a rub of fresh-roasted garlic and Seven Gables' own garden rosemary. All Seven Gables' breads, pasta, dressings, soups, and sauces are made from scratch on-site. Metromix calls dining at Seven Gables "an experience," thanks to continental classics such as the bouillabaisse (shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels atop fresh noodles in a bowl of fennel broth, market price) and Eastern dishes such as pheasant bstella (pulled pheasant with fresh herbs baked in flaky phyllo, $21.95). Seven Gables also has a full bar and extensive wine list.

The restaurant's founder and chef, Alain Bouzouba, was born and trained in France before he worked his way up to opening his own eatery in the States. Service is as friendly and warm as Seven Gables' bright, homey fireplace. The intimate restaurant is nestled among oak and cedar trees on a 2.25-acre estate, so it's the perfect spot for a game of postprandial outdoor sock wrestling.

Metromix reviewed Seven Gables:

  • Seven Gables Restaurant & Bar isn't just a place to eat and drink. It's an experience. It may sound cliché, but it's true. Seven Gables is known for their incredible Rack of Lamb and Dover Sole dishes, and there are plenty more noteworthy foods on their menu. Their breads and desserts are made fresh daily, as are the various sauces cooked up by the incredible chef. – Metromix

Citysearchers give Seven Gables a four-star rating, and Judy's Book reviewers give it 4.7:

  • Absolutely the best steaks and the freshest fish. – sindibad, Citysearch
  • I have traveled to Paris and London and never have I tasted lamb chops as scrumptious as the one served [here]. – slochmond35, Citysearch
  • If you love steak, chicken or seafood, this is the restaurant for you. The food is scrumptious! I was also impressed with the service at Seven Gables. The ambiance is very warm and the restaurant itself is very classy. – T. H. P., Judy's Book
