About Seven Jars Distillery

Frank Ratcliffe was a Prohibition-era bootlegger who passed on his liquor-making knowledge by burying seven jars with various how-to notes and recipes on his property. After his passing, Frank's family dug out the treasure and decided to continue the legacy by creating Seven Jars Distillery, a place that not only crafts spirits, but also passes on the knowledge through various wine-, cider, and beer-making workshops. Established in 2014, this family-operated business offers rum, vodka, and bourbon tastings as well as distillery tours.
