Q:

In the list of other attractions it includes REAL Soccer games and arena football games. How will we find out what games the passes work for and what do I need in order to get tickets to the additional attractions listed?

You can visit their site at http://sevenpeaks.com/PassOfAllPasses/Home.aspx/SITEID.1001_8 and click on "What's included" for specific information for each option (info is updated on a rolling basis).

Q:

Does this price include tax? Also does anyone know how much parking or tubes cost at Seven Peaks?

Jennifer P.  asked on  Dec 8, 2012

A:

Hi Jennifer. With the exception of GrouponLive event deals, Groupons do not include tax or gratuity in the purchase price. If they are included, it will be specifically mentioned in the Fine Print of the deal. Otherwise, tax is collected when redeeming the Groupon and is dependent on the area's local tax laws.

It is every merchant’s responsibility to collect and remit tax as required by applicable laws. States and cities often have complicated sales and use tax laws that can be quite confusing. Factors such as where you live, where you redeem your Groupon, and for what goods or services you redeem it may affect how the Groupon is treated for purposes of taxation.

Also, as pricing may vary, I recommend directly contacting the location you wish to visit for more information on specific pricing.

Q:

I would like to get my son two passes, one for him and one for any date he may want to take with him. How do the passes work, do they each have to be specified for a specific person or are they generic? Meaning if he wants to take a different girl to different activities, can he use the second pass for his dates?

Susan R.  asked on  Dec 7, 2012

A:

Hi Susan. Due to the terms in this deal's Fine Print, your son would only be able to redeem a limit of 1 Groupon per visit for your party. If additional guests wished to attend, they would be able to purchase at full price through the business.

Q:

I would love to buy this Groupon for the whole family. But it says only one per visit? Can I buy one for everyone and use together? Also is this a one time per venue or can I use multiple times at any location during the season?

Lisa R.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion. You may redeem this Groupon with other friends and family members also redeeming a Groupon or Groupon gift.

When you open your Groupon, it will include redemption instructions under the "How to use this" section.

To access your Groupon, please sign into your account at http://www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Put your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Here you'll be able to find your Groupons in the section called "My Groupons".

Q:

Do children who are 2 years old need a pass?

Bonnie B.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

No, they do not.

Sammy T.  from  Groupon  replied on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

I just want to add it also depends on what you want to take him to. The Seven Peaks Waterparks are free for ages 2 and under, but the different venues have different age requirements. It's best to check with the venues you're interested to visit with him first.
