When a nationally acclaimed troupe of hair-crobats comes to your cottage to whisk you away on their traveling wig wagon, be waiting for them with your follicular A-game with today's Groupon to Seven the Salon, which just celebrated its seventh anniversary. Choose between two options:
- For $25, you get a shampoo, cut, blowout, and drink (a $50 value).
- For $25, you get your choice of any two Seven-brand shampoos, conditioners, and styling and finishing products (up to a $56 value).
One of the few local salons with a philosophy (other than the objectivist barbershop Atlas Sheared), Seven the Salon is all about providing utterly individual haircuts in an energetic, rejuvenating atmosphere. Seven specializes in styling strands to best suit one's individual bone structure (based on seven face shapes) and skin tone. After you receive a lavish shampooing of the strands with one of Seven's own sulfate-free products, one of the salon's expert stylists will study the contours of your face—meticulously mapping out its peaks, valleys, and bubbling brooks—before giving your disheveled noodle nest a custom cut and blowout. As your tresses are transformed, sip a complimentary espresso from the intrasalon espresso bar and try not to nod along to the intrasalon DJ as he spins electro-fying beats that take years off one's mental age.
For clients whose hair needs no styling or shortening but still cries out for the loving embrace of Seven's own sulfate-free, hair-enhancing products, option two is ready to please. Choose any two products, from hydrating shampoo and nourishing conditioner to styling creams and wax, and recreate the Seven experience in the comfort of your own home.
Seven is committed to providing its customers with cutting-edge haircutting services, and all of its stylists undergo continuous education classes to ensure that their trimming techniques are incomparable. Seven's principal educator, Graham Breakwell, has trimmed the tresses of Paul Newman and Anjelica Huston, and helped develop the curriculum at Vidal Sassoon's Advanced Schools in swinging London. Despite the salon's sleek, clubby atmosphere of curvilinear tables, Buddha statues, and earth-toned walls dotted with modern art, customers enter the salon without being forced to contend with any scary-looking bouncers who demand to be hugged while they weep about their lot in life. Anyone with hair, head snakes, or a Chia scalp will feel welcome at Seven the Salon.
The Groupon for services is good for new clients only. New or existing clients may purchase the Groupon for products.

- The salon itself is awesome. In house DJ and espresso bar, love it. The product line is also amazing. – Nicole T., Pine Street location, Yelp
- The music is good, the coffee is good, the service is personal and kind, and I'm never made to feel "too frumpy" or "too old" or "just not cool enough"--on the contrary, I leave feeling ten years younger! – SoniaGHM, Citysearch
The aroma of percolating coffee drifts from the espresso bar past sleepy-eyed Buddha statues as the in-house DJ spins a never-ending sonic web of music. Though these decadent details lend the sprawling, deep-brown surroundings the chic feel of an art gallery or café, it is SEVEN Salon that calls the space home. Focused on bolstering energy and rejuvenation rather than relaxation, a seasoned crew of stylists bustles about the refined salon throughout the day, drawing on styling skills they learned under the tutelage of Graham Breakwell, former stylist to the likes of Paul McCartney and The Who.
