I can't imagine anyone walking out if Severn River MedSpa and not feeling like an even more fantastic version of themselves! First, the clinic is beautifully decorated and clean. There are fun, inspirational decorations around that brighten your mood, calming instrumental music and essential oil diffusers that provide the right amount of enjoyable scent. Secondly, I can't speak highly enough about how well I was treated from initial scheduling to when I left my appointment. Their communication is top-notch and the chat/messaging system is really convenient. I'd like to express gratitude to the kind girl in the front who checked me in (my apologies for not getting your name!), to Raven and to Anna. Each of these ladies were so nice and welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. Dr. Hannah is wonderful! She explained the Botox injections and process, as well as the Juvederm Ultra XC lip filler. I've had lip filler previously but a different brand at my previous plastic surgeon's office, and I've never had Botox until this appointment. Dr. Hannah is a true professional and both procedures were a breeze! She has a light hand and her techniques lessened any discomfort. For those who have had lip filler especially, you know it hurts! The experience with Dr. Hannah was minimally painful and I was immediately excited about the results. The Botox will take about 2 weeks to take effect, but I'm confident I'll be very pleased with that as well. Thank you Severn River MedSpa for such a pleasant experience that made me feeling even better! I sincerely look forward to returning and am absolutely a customer for life!

A beautiful and clean building. Valerie gave me my botox shots..hardly hurt..and for me..that's saying alot. I hate needles. When I had botox before, I had to squeeze a tennis ball because it hurt so much. I felt a pinch and it was over. Valerie is the best! Will go back to see her

Highly recommend this place for tattoo removal. The facility is clean, the staff very professional, and the process extremely efficient. This was my first tattoo removal session with a Pico laser. Much less painful! I will be back.
