The Severn Park location looked okay once I arrived on the 3rd floor, but it's in a larger office complex and it took me a minute to be sure I was in the right place. The reception process was a little clunky, but I didn't have to wait at all, which I appreciated. The woman who performed my microdermabrasion--Anna--was LOVELY...did a great job, explained the process (this was my first), and was very professional. The room we were in was a little tight, however--I'm only 5' 5" and when I lay down on the table my feet were up against the wall at the end of the table--so I hope they eventually knock out that wall and create a bigger treatment space. That being said, I would definitely come back just for Anna. She was great!
