Here, the culinary team culls ingredients equally from land and sea to create gourmet, chophouse-inspired specialties. Land-wise, cooks marinate charbroiled burgers in Kentucky bourbon and flavor smoked prime ribs with peppercorn and au jus. The sea end of the spectrum, meanwhile, includes Alaskan oysters paired with pepper vodka cocktail sauce and fettuccine tossed with prawns, andouille sausage, and creamy Cajun sauce. Complemented by an extensive wine selection and 16 brews on tap, feasts can either unfold on Seward’s breezy outdoor patio or amongst the bar’s nine televisions.
