About Shady Lane Farm
As one of the first professionals to be certified by the US Hunter Jumper Association, Alex Dunaif has worked with some of the country's best equestrian programs—she even helped prepare horses for the 1976 Montreal Games. Nowadays, at her idyllic, tree-lined ranch dubbed Shady Lane Farm, Alex helps riders of all experience levels learn to understand their horses better. It's a skill that translates into better riding no matter how long a person has trained. Along with leading private or group lessons in the arena adjacent to a tranquil pond, the staff hosts summer camps and boards horses in private stables.
