Shakila was extremely friendly and as a regular waxer.. I was very satisfied. For something that is NATURALLY, GOING TO BE PAINFUL.... She makes it very quick!!! I believe the negative reviews are from people who didnt know what to expect, or went too long in between waxes. It's not supposed to be a "pleasant" experience, but she definitely does a great job!!! Very CLEAN PLACE & SUPPLIES also!

I was contacted by my Master Card Rep that I was charged twice for this Groupon. Don’t know who made that mistake but then are taking care of it.

She was super nice and worked me into her schedule.... the waxing experience was very painful and I feel like there was no consistency with the way she was waxing. She pulled very slow which made it hurt even more. (I have a HIGH pain tolerance). She also didn’t get my back area which is supposed to be done. She left so much wax on me afterwards and I’ve been trying to get it off for hours...
