Getting fit doesn't have to be just a boring routine. At Shape-Up Fitness Center, each workout can be a little different than the one before. One day might call for an invigorating spin workout in the brand-new, 29-bike studio; another day might include a Vinyasa Flow yoga or cardio dance class. Along with the wide variety of group classes, the newly renovated fitness center also has more than 40 state-of-the-art cardio machines.
