You’ll each get a start-up kit of a pedometer, logbook, and wristband, and you’ll plan your own regimen. Together you'll make healthy choices, sign up for break-dancing lessons, learn to put large men in sleeper holds, or simply take long walks together. Track your progress online and expect tips, tricks, and member profiles along the way.
