About SharkBite Ceviches

One day Marcos Arellano's roommate asked him to prepare shrimp ceviche. As a professional food prep, he did not hesitate and, although he didn't know at the time how to make it, he gave it a shot. He fried it. Marcos showed the meal to the roommate, they laughed, and then proceeded to learn how to make the real thing. After preparing more for other acquaintances and seeing they liked it, he decided to start a business—SharkBite Ceviches. After trial and error in exploring different ways of mixing various ingredients, he added other options to the menu: octopus and halibut ceviches. Now, he offers several dishes and one of them is shrimp ceviche with the addition of red tomato, mango, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, habanero pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
