Tickets to The Polar Express 4-D Experience are available for an additional $6 per person at the door.

I know you answered earlier that this groupon cover entry for oceanarium, wild reef, waters of the world, and polar zone, but in the description of this groupon it also says that it covers Holiday fantase and Jellies??? can you please let me know if that is true or do we have to buy those separate

The Groupon includes admission to all exhibits, including Jellies. It also includes admission to the 6:30 p.m. showing of A Holiday Fantasea. Please remember that seating is limited for A Holiday Fantasea. Shedd suggests arriving at 5:00 p.m. Show seating ends at 6:15 p.m.

Admission to all exhibits and A Holiday Fantasea is free for Shedd members. If you have a family membership, your benefits include entry for two adults and up to four children. Please remember, admission to A Holiday Fantasea is limited and subject to availability.

You just need your Groupon from the Shedd offer for admission. You can present a printed Groupon or use the mobile app. You can view and print the Groupon from the 'My Groupons' link in your account menu. It appears when you move the mouse over your name in the upper-right of the page.

I purchased a ticket for Friday the 23rd, but I have a conflict. How can I change the date for my ticket?

You can edit your purchase (including quantity, billing information, or canceling your order) until midnight the day of the deal, or while the deal is still live.
To change your purchase, please sign into your account at Groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. Scroll over your name and your account menu will drop down for you to access "My Groupons."
Once you're there, click on "edit purchase" next to the Groupon you purchased. On this page you'll be able to make changes to your order; you can change quantity, billing info, or cancel. If you wanted another option you would then have to purchase that one.
