Land and sea. Old and new. Japanese and Korean. All these elements take a star turn on the Shiki Sushi stage, where chefs use their extensive experience and wellspring of talent to keep stomachs stylishly full. The whole experience starts with Shiki's crew of buyers who search the fish-mongering world for the freshest options available. Chefs sling the piscatory bounty into classics such as the California roll, or unorthodox originals, including the Super Philly stuffed with eight pieces of smoked salmon, dill honey mustard, and macadamia nuts.
Bento boxes add sides to main courses such as rib eye steak teriyaki, while an array of Korean barbecue options include bulgogi, or marinated beef, and galbi—marinated short rib. Hibachi chefs put on a show, grilling these and other varieties of meat and vegetables, while tempura options send care packages to taste buds in a package of crispy batter.
