What is the experience customers can expect?
Campers can expect fun, invigorating challenges designed to foster physical and emotional growth. Tucked away in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Shiloh campers explore the wilderness as a means of developing a healthy relationship with themselves and the world around them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Baltimore Yearly Meeting has been running summer camps for almost a century. In addition to offering programs that inspire growth in 9-14 year olds, we also emphasize leadership development for our young and vibrant staff. We believe in trying new things, learning, and teaching each other.

What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing campers teaching songs at fire circle, problem solving with each other, and celebrating their goofy sides. We love living in a community with each other and the environment. We love the stories campers bring back from trips: proud accomplishments, amazing views and cabin bonding.
