Shirley's brand new bar is lined with more than 100 different and hard to find tequilas along with over a dozen mezcals. Their mixologists can tell you about each tequila, along with their extensive tequila menu. These pros also pour tequila flights and mix margaritas, palomas, and other tequila-based cocktails, such as fresh fruit drinks like the ever popular orange crush. The bar doesn't stop slingin' drinks at tequila, the full service bar also hosts a number of craft beers, including a 12 beer tap system. Their love of tequila also infuses the food menu, for example, tequila-infused chorizo-stuffed mushrooms. Other dishes, which can be savored inside or out on the patio, include American fare, such as burgers, sandwiches, and wings, along with strombolis and pizzas made from our house-made dough; Southwestern flare offers dishes such as quesadillas, fajitas, and tacos; and a form of Spanish cuisine known as cazuela, which pairs stew-style dishes of seafood, steak, or chicken baked in a terra cotta dish served with house-made flatbread.
