Such a fun and tough workout, no matter what your fitness level is! Some classes can be intimidating, but Shred workouts really allow you to adapt to what feels good for you. Great atmosphere, fun playlists, and great instructors. What more could you want?!

Awesome workout, clean studio and it felt “Covid-safe.” Everyone was distanced and the equipment was very clean! Awesome dressing room too.
