We were very disappointed in the service we received. Appointment canceled at the last minute and had to reschedule. On the rescheduled day was told they would be late because the plumber was getting brakes and tires changed. Receptionist was very rude and unapologetic . Paid for 2 hours of service only to receive one. Don't waste your money! Now I have to call another plumber

Customer was very rude and stated don't come nor call her anymore, For the Groupon she had two plumbing issues fix. With the groupon you will get up to two hours or two projects done. I don't understand people you getting 50% off and still want a company to do more then what you paid for. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING SO YOU WON'T EXPECT MORE!!

Showed up for 10 minutes, then said he had a court appointment to go to, told me to get a refund, then when I called the office to complain, they scheduled the next day, then didn’t show up or call for 2 days, so I got someone else to do my job. Now they said I redeemed my Groupon!

Customer had many projects that needed to be done a two hour Groupon don't cover installation, and parts. Customer want company to do everything for a two hour Groupon!
