While you sip an assortment of her handcrafted cocktails, master mixologist Revae Schneider explains the basics of making a seasonal drink. She’ll discuss how certain fruits and flavors can blend in unexpected ways. Schneider will also cover simple ratios and techniques for foolproof cocktail construction. After that, you’ll put her advice into practice and use fresh ingredients to create your own signature drink. Each workshop is limited to a small number of guests so that everyone gets one-on-one feedback from Revae Schneider.

After honing her mixology skills at Gilt Bar and Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar, she opened Femme du Coupe, which offers mixology classes, custom cocktail design, and corporate brand consultation.
