Q:

I have a couple of questions: I have the beginnings of a cataract. ( I am 66 yrs. of age) Does this impact the procedure and will the cataract continue to grow and need to be removed in the future, and if so, will the cataract surgery impact the Lasik later on? Is the correction permanent, if not, how long does it usually last? Can you drive yourself to and from the procedure? How soon can you resume normal activities with this particular procedure? Can you request that Dr. Seims do your procedure? Thanks so much!

I have nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Does this correct all 3 vision issues at the same visit? I've also had a torn retina at one time and it was lasik'd. Does that have any impact on this lasik surgery? Thanks
