Stylist was friendly, but not as friendly and outgoing as I would like my stylist to be. She did a good job, but due to lighting my hair looked red, so we had to dye it twice. I ended up being there for 4 hours, which is a little too long to be in a salon. I love my hair, and would consider going back, but wasn't blown away by the experience.

I get called back and the clock reads 11:35 (my time was supposed to start at 11:30) and when I'm finished the clock reads exactly 12:30. There wasn't any changing room or any place to put my clothes. And I didn't think the massage therapist was that great.
