Choose from Three Options
- $25 for one cryotherapy session ($65 value)
- $59 for three cryotherapy sessions ($195 value)
During each session, guests spend 2–3 minutes inside a chamber cooled to -240º F. Though the skin’s surface temperature can drop significantly, the treatment’s short duration keeps guests’ core temperatures at normal levels.
Signature Salon & Spa
Cryotherapy has been around for nearly 40 years, but it wasn't until NBA players recently starting touting its benefits that people took notice. To be fair, it's understandable it took a while to gain recognition—the therapeutic treatment, after all, exposes clients to extremely low temperatures one wouldn't normally experience outside of Jack Frost's jacuzzi. It's not for naught, though; the cold potentially aids in rehabilitating sore, injured, or overworked bodies. Additionally, the treatment has the potential to burn calories and help with weight loss.
People can try it out for themselves at Signature Salon & Spa, where cryochambers are cooled to 240 degrees below zero. During sessions that last 2–3 minutes, nitrogen gas envelops the body in dry cold to help soothe soreness, as well as possibly help stimulate cell production, reduce inflammation, and boost energy levels. Clients wear undergarments, gloves, and socks while in the open-air booth. They also keep their head exposed and out of the cold to minimize any feelings of intense discomfort and claustrophobia.
