The technician did a very good job on the highlights, be prepared to pay extra for toner or if you want a cut. I also asked for an upgrade to full head of highlights and low lights, and the results were wonderful. Thanks Lisa! :)

Be prepared to be upsold, nickel and dimed for everything as many users have already stated. Bought the highlight package and had to add $55 for toner, $20 for long hair and another $20 for extra foils. The gratuity “chart” they use is hyper inflated. The business practice isn’t conducive to entice repeat customers. However, the stylist was good and the salon was nice. Liked the massage chair.

Great job by Geet! She gave me a partial highlight. Be aware that you will have to pay extra for toner and hair cut which came out to be extra $120.
