The top two percent of beef. That's all that's served at Silver Fox, thanks to its adherence to using exclusively USDA Prime beef. Guests can order the fine protein cut several different ways, from a 6-ounce filet to an 18-ounce, bone-in rib-eye. The steak can then cooked in one of five preparations—hollandaise, oscar, florentine, peppered, or the namesake Silver Fox with blue cheese and red wine shallot sauce.
Though steak is the star of the menu, Silver Fox also plates classic dishes such as cold water rock lobster tail and rack of lamb. Guests will find plenty of wine pairings no matter what they order, as the cellar is stocked with more than 2,600 hand-selected bottles.
