Choose from Three Options
- $45 for one knife skills class, held Mondays from 6–7 p.m. (a $95 value). Students learn how to chop, mince, and dice, as well as where to buy knives and have them sharpened.
- $75 for one gluten-free cooking class, held Wednesdays from 6–8 p.m. (a $150 value). Students build pasta and pizza dough from scratch sans gluten.
- $75 for one sauce-making class, held Tuesdays from 6–8 p.m. Students attempt béchamel, red-wine-balsamic reduction, or rémoulade sauces, then taste their finished product alongside a main ingredient such as pasta or chicken (a $150 value).
