  • Medical consultation required: A medical consultation is mandatory before treatment to confirm eligibility and safety. This consultation applies to all treatments within a calendar year. A consultation fee is due when booking your first appointment.
  • Eligibility: Ineligible candidates will be refunded through Groupon.

  • Cancellation PolicyWe understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your appointment time. Due to the high demand of our services, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your service will be subject to a $75 fee. We reserve a room and service provider time for you at the time of your booking. Therefore, if you do not arrive at your appointment and have not cancelled your service within the 24 hours cancellation period, we may charge the full service price to the payment method on file.     The ambiance is very spa-like. It's very quiet and calming, which is a plus when you're nervous about what to expect. The staff (from the front desk to the actual esthetician) is very caring and patient. They answer all of your questions and even suggest which products to use! Will definitely be returning!
