About Simple Syrup Cocktail Consulting

Craig began creating and mixing cocktails at parties in college. He expanded his creative talents while working on a touring yacht in Alaska after graduation. Over the years he has honed his talent at numerous bars, restaurants, nightclubs, special events, weddings and, private parties. This was due in part to people never knowing what they wanted to drink or wanting something different or special. After a while it became second nature and creative drink recipes began to pop into his head from just looking at what liquor was available at the bar at any given moment.  

Having been a youth coach as well as a corporate trainer in various capacities and looking for an additional outlet for his creative side the idea for Simple Syrup Cocktail Consulting was born. The purpose and goal is three-fold. Create cocktails that inspire, from ingredients that are relative, not from Lavender water. Bring the art of making fine cocktails to the home. Help enhance special occasions with personalized cocktails.
