Q:

The purchase button for the unlimited option says "for a single area" but the description says the unlimited option is for "multiple areas." How does the unlimited option work? There are usually still limits to these types of deals... I'm guessing a person couldn't buy that option and go in every 2 weeks for a year and have their entire body zapped?

Bethany F.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Bethany, It is for as many areas as you would like. You can select as many areas to be treated and we will schedule your areas at the best intervals to maximize your results. Give us a call at 800.559.9138 if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

Q:

What if I want to do lip and chin?

Kristy B.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Kristy, You could select the small area and divide your treatments between the two areas. This would give you four treatments for each area. Otherwise, you will want to select the medium area to have your face treated where you can select both areas for each of your six treatments. Thanks!

Q:

I understand the fine print that if you buy one of the groupons for a small-xlarge area, all treatments must be used on the same area, but what about for the year of unlimited? does that mean you only have unlimited treatments for 1 area that you choose, or is it unlimited treatments on as many areas as you want? since you are only supposed to go every 6-8 weeks for each area, a year's worth would only be about 6-8 treatments total on 1 area, which are what the other groupons are offering for much less. just wanted to get clarification. Thanks!

Laura C.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Laura, For the one year membership, you are able to choose as many areas to be treated as you feel you need. All of these areas will be scheduled based off the intervals for you to receive the best results possible. It is an amazing value to have all of the areas you would like. Thanks!

Q:

My lower legs have been previously treated and my knees seem to be stuburn and have regrowth. Can a small area be purchased for this or do I need to purchase Medium?

Yvonne H.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Yvonne, You will need to purchase the medium area. Without seeing you it is difficult to determine how much of your knee versus your leg we would be treating. We look forward to seeing you. Thanks!
