What You'll Get
A dance class can teach anyone to move with grace through bee attacks, while getting served in front of a blind date, or during mega-prom. Acquire eye-catching dexterity with today’s Groupon: for $20, you get two months of unlimited dance classes ($120 value) at Simply Ballroom, one of the largest dance studios in the Omaha area, on Farnam between 26th and 27th. A convenient schedule offers several classes Sunday through Friday while allowing students plenty of time to practice their new moves with cats and coat racks at home.
Founded in 2003 by Rachelle Pasqualetto, Simply Ballroom gives students over 3,000 square feet of sprung wood floor space in which to learn practical dance skills that can be used to sweep job interviewers and Supreme Court justices off their feet. A professional dance instructor will introduce aspiring foot-flitters to a wide range of dance styles—including the waltz, tango, cha cha, rumba, salsa, mambo, and end zone shuffle. By dancing with a knowledgeable human being rather than a complicated PowerPoint presentation, students are guaranteed to receive helpful pointers and attentive, one-on-one care. Two months of unlimited classes give dancers endless opportunities to fine-tune their skills—in the process receiving a core-strengthening workout, improving coordination, and developing a tolerance for centrifugal G-force that comes in handy during space travel.
Busting a move you've never busted before—be it a contemporary salsa move, a swing move, or a well-coordinated move to a nicer part of town, away from that nosy opossum that keeps opening your mail—is a great way to get exercise, learn a new skill, and meet new and graceful friends.
This Groupon is valid for new students or returning students who have not visited in the past six months.
